Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Qahveen mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by CoreSight Consulting LLC ("Qahveen," "we," "us," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Qahveen offers entertainment and cultural-exploration features based on coffee-cup and palm readings. The Service may include AI-generated readings, follow-up chat, reading history, favorites, profile features, and related content. Features, availability, and supported devices may change over time.

3. Anonymous Accounts

Qahveen creates a pseudonymous account automatically when you first use the Service. You are not required to provide a name, email address, or other profile information to use core features. Your account may be linked to a stable device identifier so we can provide the Service, protect the introductory allowance, prevent fraud or abuse, and restore eligible purchases when you choose to do so.

4. Purchases, Credit Packs, and Subscriptions

The Service may offer one-time consumable reading-credit packs and an auto-renewable Qahveen Unlimited subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play, as applicable. The price, duration, included benefits, and any applicable terms are shown before you confirm a purchase.

• Credit packs are one-time consumable purchases and do not renew automatically.
• Qahveen Unlimited is a monthly auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. The displayed subscription price is charged within 24 hours before renewal, where applicable.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting a Qahveen account does not cancel an active store subscription.
• Use Restore Purchases after reinstalling the app or creating a fresh account to restore eligible purchases. Store rules and your store account determine what can be restored.

5. User Content and AI Processing

You retain ownership of photos, questions, and other content you submit to Qahveen. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, reproduce, and display that content solely as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Service.

Qahveen uses automated and generative-AI systems to analyze submitted coffee-cup and palm photos and to generate readings and chat responses. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share, including another person's personal information or images without permission.

6. Entertainment-Only Use and AI Limitations

Qahveen is for entertainment and cultural exploration only. Coffee readings, palm readings, and AI chat are not facts, predictions, diagnoses, professional advice, or a substitute for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, safety, emergency, or other professional guidance. Do not make important decisions based on the Service. If you need help with an urgent health or safety issue, contact qualified local professionals or emergency services.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to violate law, infringe another person's rights, submit harmful or unlawful content, attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service, evade purchase or allowance controls, impersonate another person, or use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes.

8. Account Deletion

You can initiate deletion of your Qahveen account in the app's Settings. Account deletion removes your active account and account-linked content, including profile information, readings, conversations, favorites, uploaded images, and push registrations. We may retain limited de-linked records for fraud prevention, accounting, legal obligations, dispute resolution, backups, and transaction reconciliation, as described in our Privacy Policy. Deleting your Qahveen account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and delete information, including information processed by our service providers. Please review the Privacy Policy before using the Service.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original software, designs, features, text, graphics, and other content are owned by CoreSight Consulting LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that readings or AI output are accurate, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will be compatible with every device or operating system.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreSight Consulting LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

12. Suspension, Termination, and Changes

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, address fraud or abuse, or enforce these Terms. We may update these Terms as the Service or law changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice for material changes when required. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms means you accept them.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
