These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Qahveen mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by CoreSight Consulting LLC ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the Qahveen app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Qahveen is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to interpret coffee cup patterns for entertainment and cultural education purposes. The Service includes:

• AI-powered coffee cup reading and interpretation
• Educational content about tasseography traditions
• Symbol guides and cultural information
• Personal reading history and sharing features

3. User Accounts

You may create an account to access certain features of the Service. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

You retain ownership of photos and content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process your content solely for providing the Service.

7. Entertainment Purposes

IMPORTANT: Qahveen is designed for entertainment and cultural education purposes only. Coffee cup readings should not be used as a substitute for professional advice regarding health, finance, legal matters, or other important life decisions.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy of readings or interpretations
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with all devices or operating systems

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreSight Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
